We are delighted to introduce plans for Champlin Woods for the land adjacent to Winnapaug Cottages. In the concept picture above, you can see an artist's rendering of the approximate physical relationship between the condo buildings, the clubhouse and another apartment building that may be built on that site. At the left side of the picture is a corner of one of the condo buildings. This building is further detailed on the web pages labeled "Condo Exterior Elevation."
