Champlin Woods Club House

 When the proposed elevated condominium residences are built we will build a Champlin Woods Club House for the use of the residents of Champlin Woods and of Winnapaug Cottages. At this time,the plans call for a structure that will be built in the shingle style of Winnapaug Cottages and will be large enough to contain a small club-like meeting area as well as a larger multi-purpose room and warming kitchen suitable for shared meals and parties. This space will overlook an outdoor inground pool with a large patio area. It is in this building that we hope to establish a small office for the use of the Champlin Concierge Club Coordinator.
