Concierge Concept

A dedicated concierge with an office in the community building would arrange activities in the community building but would also make local transportation arrangements for necessities and pleasure, make sure that the resident has a choice of fine food delivered to him either ready to prepare or prepared as desired, arrange apartment cleaning, furniture cleaning, clothes shopping, outings, car cleaning, help with activities of daily living and health care and companionship as requested. The need for and cost of the in home services and the coordination for same would vary for each resident and change with resident need. This would enable a more frail senior to continue to remain in his or her home or apartment indefinitely if that were her desire but she would not be required to pay for daily meals as is the custom in Independent Living or Assisted Living housing.
