Champlin Seniors

We have just received approval from the Town of Westerly to proceed  with Champlin Wood Condos at Champlin Woods immediately adjacent to the Winnapaug Cottages. We will soon be offering one and two bedroom condominium units in buildings that will have 3 dwellings on the first and second floors and 2 on the third floor. The third floor units and some of the second floor units should have views of the Atlantic Ocean. Only a total of of 40 such units will ever be built.

As part of the concept for Champlin Woods  we would like to offer a concierge service which would operate out of the clubhouse. While not directly providing in-home care or transportation, the concierge would help coordinate access to these services in such a way as to allow a resident or owner to "age in place" as he might in his own home.
