HOME SITE RESERVATIONS As of March 28,2011 there are 7 home sites available for your choice of customized home.  We are still taking reservations on the remaining sites on a first come, first serve basis as follows:

1. To reserve a non-premium site, a fully refundable $2,500 deposit would be required.
2. To reserve a premium site (walkout or end site), a fully refundable $5,000 deposit would be required.
3. All deposits will be held at the Dime Bank in Westerly RI in a non-interest bearing escrow account.
4.  The" trump option"- if another party is prepared to go to contract and immediately commence construction of their home on your reserved site, we will offer you the right of first refusal. You will then have 15 days to go to contract with a full 5% non-refundable deposit with the understanding that construction would start soon thereafter. If at the end of the 15-day period you are unable to proceed under the above terms, we will, at your discretion, return your refundable deposit or apply it to another available site if available.  By the same token, you may trump a reservation holder if you are prepared to make your selections and start construction.
